Scan with your browser
Open the free app on your phone
Open woocommerce.orderalerts.app on your phone, or scan this QR code with your camera or browser. Then add the app to your Home Screen and pair your WooCommerce store.
- 1.Scan the QR or open woocommerce.orderalerts.app in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android)
- 2.Sign in with Google (free)
- 3.Add to Home Screen (iOS: Share → Add to Home Screen)
- 4.In WordPress → Order Alerts, scan the store pairing QR (or paste the token)

Common fixes
No sound / no notification?+
Confirm the plugin is active, order status is processing or completed, and the device is still paired. Check OS notification permissions. Regenerate the pair token and re-pair if needed.
Which QR code do I scan?+
Two different QRs: (1) On orderalerts.app marketing pages — opens the free app at woocommerce.orderalerts.app so you can install it. (2) In WordPress → Order Alerts — pairs your store to the app (contains /pair/TOKEN). Update the plugin if the store QR points at the wrong host.
QR does not open the app?+
Open https://woocommerce.orderalerts.app manually in your phone browser, sign in, then paste the pair token from WP admin if scanning fails.
Google sign-in fails?+
Use a supported browser, disable aggressive tracking blockers for the app origin, and ensure you open https://woocommerce.orderalerts.app (not a random mirror).
