Who we are
OrderAlerts (“we”, “us”) provides realtime WooCommerce order notification services viaorderalerts.app, the web app atwoocommerce.orderalerts.app, the API atapi.orderalerts.app, a WordPress plugin, and a browser extension.
Contact: info@orderalerts.app
What we process
To deliver alerts, the plugin may send to our API:
- Store name and store URL
- Pairing tokens and device / extension identifiers needed for delivery
- Order number, status, totals, currency
- Customer name, email, phone, and address fields associated with the order
- Line items (SKU, name, quantity, price)
The web app may process Google account identifiers when you sign in (via Firebase Authentication) so we can associate paired stores with your user account.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your store or customer data
- We do not inject advertising trackers into your WooCommerce storefront via the plugin
- The Chrome extension only contacts our API for configured pair tokens — not arbitrary browsing
Retention
Order notification payloads are retained as needed to show recent order history in the app/extension and to operate the service. You may disconnect devices and regenerate pair tokens at any time from WordPress admin.
Third parties
- Hosting / infrastructure providers for API and static sites
- Firebase Authentication for optional Google sign-in on the PWA
- Push delivery channels required by browsers and operating systems
Your choices
Uninstall the plugin, remove the extension, sign out of the app, or regenerate tokens to stop new deliveries. Email us for account deletion requests related to Google-signed PWA users.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
